Warranty conditions

  1. Warranty period
    This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for the warranty to be valid.

  2. Covered Defects
    The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and material defects that occur during normal use. This includes, but is not limited to, malfunction of the hammer or its parts.

  3. Exception
    This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect or alterations.
    • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, impact damage and discoloration.
    • Products that have been repaired or modified by unauthorized service personnel.
  4. Warranty service
    To avail the warranty, please contact our customer service team at contactcarsafe@gmail.com

    You may need to provide the following information:

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
    • A description of the problem
    • Product serial number (if applicable)

    If the warranty case is confirmed, we will replace the product free of charge. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a product of equivalent quality and function.

  5. Limitation of liability
    CarSafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
